FourCornwall is a consortium of two local building contractors who have come together to provide an unrivalled principle contractor building service for public authority clients in Cornwall.

Our aim is to form sustainable relationships with existing and new clients to fulfil their needs for construction programmes. We provide better value, high quality and timely delivery for the benefit of all customers and the wider community within Cornwall.

The FourCornwall consortium members are RM Developments Ltd (lead contractors) and Gloweth Ltd. These companies are well-established with a long history of activity in the local community working for commercial and private clients. We are each equal partners in the consortium and we have mutual values, culture and ethos that will ensure the sustainability of local business and communities. We share of knowledge and learning, and have developed strategic partnering arrangements to provide effective and efficient ways to deliver projects.

FourCorrwall were delighted to be appointed by Cornwall Council to their Maintenance Framework (2010) and Capital Framework (2012). We have performed well and delivered high quality outcomes for projects and services ranging from planned and reactive maintenance to capital projects with an individual value up to £600 000. Within these Frameworks, we have successfully proved the ability of smaller local companies to work together to provide locally-based service resources to the local authority and other publically funded organisations.
